父母只能被一个人申报，孩子就不同

因为你的父母是你的，但你的孩子的CUSTODY是你和配偶共同SHARE的。
所以如果你跟你的兄弟姐妹合养父母，只能由一个人申报减。
而孩子就不同了，离婚后的两个人都能申报。
