對於您所提供的資料,老貓不是要找您麻煩,但是老貓很想知道,如果您與對方沒有任何形式的合約,那麼對方如何代表您去媒介新的僱主,同時對方如何能夠收取佣金?

除非對方是代表僱主方而不是您.
