请教老猫

请问。由于我和丈夫年纪都上了六十，我们这个现住房时是我付清的。我当初把他的名字加在了房契上。我们准备做一个遗属如下：如果我走在前,房子归我的女儿和他共有，女儿无权卖掉这个房子在他的有生之年。在他走后这个房子就全归我女儿且这是最终遗不能更改。

我们这样做目的有二个，一是，保证他在我走后他能继续住在这个房子。二是因为他有两儿子，怕我走在前不能保证女儿的利益。不知这在法律上可行吗？并请教注意事项.
