其实夫妻间的意见不一致，无须拿法律条款来找依据，If you win a battle but you lose the war,那又有什么意义呢？还是要把目光聚焦在维护夫妻关系上，而不是用法律条款来制服对方，因为对方不是你的敌人，夫妻间本来就不该有输赢，应该是双赢！夫妻关系应该是我们最优先考虑的关系，而不是和“客人”的关系，不是吗？
