请问猫班长

假设一个房子有两个owner。有一个客人要来，一个owner不愿意，另一个owner愿意。请问在法律上怎么讲？这个人到底能不能来？如果这个客人来了住下不走了，如果一个owner坚持没关系，另一个owner能不能强行让这个人离开？

假设这个案子发生在加州。
