10 months ago I got the email from the bank about the new promation saving plan, so I signed up for that plan(put $1000 for 10 mon). When I got that month statement I saw a online transfer to another bank at that day I enrolled, so I assumed that money is to the saving plan. Since my english is not very well i didn't go to ask my local branch bank that time until 2 weeks ago .The manager told me the bank does have that promation saving plan but my money was not there. I was very upset because that is my whole montn pay check.The manager called their bank and told me I may get refund within a week, but this turn out this week I got the letter from their bank online banking department totally denied my request. I just dont konw what to do now. Thanks for everyone input.
