求助,银行钱被人online转走千元,

但我过了10个月看e-statment才发现报告local branch. 一周后银行来信以bank agreement说要在60天以内报告为由,拒绝还我钱.我是又急又气,求助我如何能拿回钱?找律师有用吗? 多谢各位!!
