请教一个棘手问题：被公司解雇，原因很无理，但我至少暂时不想

跟他们有什么争辩或起诉（不排除将来有可能）。所以我就开始申请失业金。在打了若干电话并在网上填了表之后，一个representive问了我若干问题，其中包括解雇原因，我跟他说了，并说我并不同意这个原因。于是他给我说我将有一个hearing.

我的问题是，hearing是对每一个申请失业金的被解雇的人都有吗？还是因为我表达了对被解雇的不同意见，才有了听证会？

听证会是要就被解雇的这个不同意见进行辩论吗？其实我现在无心跟他们辩论。在我们州的规定中，被解雇的人要想拿到失业金，必须由原雇主证明你无违反法律的行为，而且无故意的不当行为：无视公司利益故意拖延之类的。我担心会不会原雇主知道是我不同意他们的解雇才招来的听证会，因而故意说我有“故意的不当行为”？这样我就可能拿不到失业金。
