This may not have anything to do with discrimination.
Therefore, EEOC may not be of any use here.
My charges are: slavery, abuse, violation of human
rights, deformation. (损害名誉)。
If I really have to use discrimination, it may be
"discrimination against people with strong technical
background".
My claims are:
1: Terminate the manager.
2: Apology to me and clarification that I don't have
any performance problems.
3: Financial compensation for litigation fees,
and for emotional/health damages.
