My experience is HR won't take any action on that manager even they know the manager is not right. I am thinking either way they will punish you whether you sue them or not.
I think many people go to EEOC each year. If you read EEOC report, you can see they got millions of dollars back to the victims . only 2% winning rate. I can get calculate how many people are suing the employers.
It seems nobody knows what is going on with Li Yong's case. Don't know whether she is with that company or not.
