个人认为找工作要有面试关建是简历，而不是猎头。

简历上的keywords一定要match the job description要的东西，简历写得好基本上会百发百中，直接在公司网站投即可。

中了以后，面试的时候简历上的东西就会被考／问了，所以平时就要准备，一但考不倒offer就不成问题了，当然钱要谈得拢。
