Google一下，看到这个结果。The new California law prohibits employers from asking about salary history information, including "compensation and benefits." Employers cannot ask about the value of an applicant's benefits, such as equity, health insurance or other monetary benefits。

HR给hiring manager培训特别列出几项注意事项，除了薪资，我记得比较奇葩的是住址也不能主动询问。所以有各种旁敲侧击的问法
