面试后要 references, 给了前单位的两个同事和一个领导, 后来发现

后来发现领导已离开前单位, 我没有其 personal contact info.

要主动告诉面试单位的HR呢， 还是等找上门在说？ 有点紧张， 不想栽在 references 上.
