Income from Trust

房子挂在Zillow 6天了，问的人不少，看了也有几个，然后就没回音了。我的房子，因为现在住了两年半的房客 买了房子，我知道是淡季，不好租，所以定价低于市场价。

今天有个人从Zillow递了申请：

credit score: 695

monthly income: $3000 work+$6000 trust, 说是20年 的 trust

several credit card/revolving account closed by the grantor

我想问问他这是什么trust, 是不是一直有保障。请大家帮看看还有什么flag?
