To transfer real property into your Trust, a new deed reflecting the name of the Trust must be executed, notarized and recorded with the County Recorder in the County where the property is located. Care must be taken that the exact legal description in the existing deed appears on the new deed.

这些 legal zoom 会做吗？怀疑

根据我网上刚看到的一些材料，living trust 可以非常昂贵，庆幸没有下单。。

$500 只是头道开胃菜。。。
