Trustee Sale问题-柠檬，IEbird，守月等请进

想试水auction.com。

先不管Tax Lien, Property Lien的问题。以前在Homesearch上买过有Tax Lien的房，做好准备交Tax，但熬过了120天redemption Period

看下面Title Information中的Mortgage Lien. 我认为是一个Mortgage,至少说明Wells Fargo是First Mortgage.对吗？

2005/2006年的仅仅是历史。
