请教法庭 foreclosure trustee sale 细节 -

昨日去市里办事，一个房产经纪认错认人兴致勃勃过来问我是否刚刚也在法庭拍到房子。抓机会聊了几句。

经纪拍到一个房子简单修好后估计有50%的增值空间。问经纪是否担心有多重房贷多个lien，回答说 first lien will wipeout everything.

请教是否如经纪所说，拍卖到手且付清first lien就可获得房子的产权了？
