MLP 的税务问题

MLP的报税要根据K1表来。即使再避税帐户中，一部分distribution属于unrelated business taxable income, it is taxable if it bypass $1000 in any yr.

所以别认为broker的记录算数，因为那只是交易记录。没计算adjust basis. 也别认为放避税帐户中就没税务问题。最好和你的会计师讨论。有的连会计师也不熟。要以K1表为准。而K1表有的很晚才寄到。所以要准备延期报税。
