Abstract fee

Legal fees, title search, doc Prep.

Land Survey

Title Insurance

Transfer Tax

Expense you paid for Seller

Points paid BY Seller.

不能将其加在卖房价格(Original Purchase Price)上吧？ 多谢指点！
