给出租房装太阳能

对于许多白菜房，要想不盈利是很难的。盈利了又难免不被山姆大叔拿走三分之一。怎么办？

刚才路过邻居家，正好他家在装太阳能。5千瓦设备，花费两万，电力公司补助一万，tax credit 30%, 实出7千，每月可省90元电费。这7千应该还可以算开支吧。
