请问，什么是VPDI，是state tax 的一部分吗？为什么turbo tax 没把它包含进

请问，什么是VPDI，是state tax 的一部分吗？为什么turbo tax 没把它包含进state and local tax deduction呢？我算了一下，没包刮进去。
