请问一下租客说洗衣机坏了，修理费275+tax, 值得修吗？

租客是买房带来的，之前房主提供的洗衣机。

Tenants said that the washer was not spinning or draining The appliance company said the transmission is going out, it needs a new agitator, and new bearings. We recommend replacing. We can replace for $275 + tax
