今年的Property tax bill 寄出了，加州的涨幅不小

加州property values说是年涨幅不超过2%

“a property’s assessed value typically is equal to its purchase price adjusted upward each year by 2 percent.”

但实际上每年的Prop-13 value 和market value 有差价，每年Prop-13 value 涨幅cap 2%，market value 随市场价而定，往年低于Prop-13 value，累积起来今年一下子和Prop-13 value拉平，会有10%或者更高的涨幅。

100万房价，会增加1000 tax
