来美24年IT码农想请教纽约房产投资

?现在手里有XX万在华街当了6年独立顾问的积蓄。最近没有项目(失业)可以说有钱也有闲气，想买些房子。纽约附近的房子没有加州那样疯狂，我想可以进几套投资房。因为2000年股票的痛苦经历，我认为房子比较稳。所以2003年开始就在上海买房子投资，结果大家应该知道。很想请教各位地主给些指导子求1)要不要贷款2)房客怎么找和好不好找个3)修理难不难受。。4)现在要不要在你们加州搞个一套？希望大侠们指导。
