Dual Agent 的两种形式，


1）brokerage firm or independent broker 作为Listing Agent; 下面的salesperson 可以一个代表卖方，另一个代表买方。在Real Estate World, agent 是对Broker 和 Salesperson 的统称，这两者是有区别。
or
2）同一个人同时代表卖方和买方
