President Donald Trump is championing the 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act to tackle housing affordability through deregulation, increased supply, and restrictions on large corporate investors buying single-family homes. The landmark legislative package is undergoing bicameral negotiations to reconcile differences between the House and Senate versions before it can become law.

减少监管，增加供应；限制企业和机构买房。

都是为了打压房价，降低CPI。
