非常感谢如山的文章，真可谓“传道授业解惑”也！在下还要请教

你说从银行买来的房子的title可能是“As-Is”，因为我有从银行买了房子，所以有点concern。我知道我买的房子的condition是“As-Is”，怎么才能知道title也是“As-Is”呢？银行倒是替我付钱买了Owner's title policy，是不是title company愿意卖给我title insurance就表明了这房子应该是个clean title呢？谢谢！
