I thought mutlifamily would be the best to start with, then

after looking into it, I found unit prices of some multifamily are not attractive anymore. That makes me hesitate. 

Does anyone have first hand experience with other things such as shopping malls etc?

What do you mean by: 2-4单位我们卖120个月。多单位卖150个月?
