地产税有误(续):过户公司说,要改先交$250!

还不保证能要到。prorate的话,对方欠我$1600。这个只能向seller要,还是也可以问银行要(因是short sale,银行拿钱)?seller已经搬到外州,如果不付,small claim的话,我这的法庭管用吗?

"Attached for your review is the closing agreement you signed. If you need us to handle this, we will need an upfront $250 to get in touch with the seller and request to have them pay the readjustment. This does not guarantee they will cooperate, especially since this was a short sale and no proceeds were given to the seller."
