Las Vegas 的地税大概达到1%， 不过几年前买的房，税没太涨上去，每年3%的cap, 比如现在价值22万的房，

地税1100刀。我现在的地区，税1% 多一点，比如三年前买的15万多的房，现地税是1800多刀, 也是每年3%的cap。
