我们要在Williston买了一个投资房,下周close, 新房,房价27万,月租3500。 代理保证第一年的租客。由于近来石油业的动荡,我觉得这笔投资风险太大。那里的租客就是石油工人,一旦停工,别说出租就是卖都成问题。但我LG还想做。想听听各位大侠的意见,是不是应该停,再次多谢各位。
