我也来报告 我的投资“成绩单”

看大家报告投real 的成绩，我也凑凑热闹，   行不行。。

夫妇都有工作，在万恶加州，只能这样，房都太贵
不能达到 坛里的1%， 惭愧。。

2003 购入 自住房。 85万。 现值 105 万   现贷款 40万


2010 购入投资房 。 20万。 现值 35 万  无贷款          租金2000

2010 购入投资房。  21万。 现值 33 万  无贷款          租金1950

2013 购入投资房。 65万。 现值 67 万     贷款  40万   租金3250




投资房每月总开销：          $3800  (还贷$2000，HOA$ 545， 保险$155， 地税$1100)

           每月总租金：         $7200
