问几个投资房报税的问题， 很头疼

1. 我2012年2月买了投资房，但是飞过去看房子和之前的一些公证是在2011年，这个trip的钱和之前的费用能算cost么？

2. 用Turbotax报税，它就问我有没有在2012做refinance，但是我这个是new loan，不知道在哪里填。
