投资房保险请教

请教一下，　投资房保险的coverage 是哪些？多少？我刚得了一个quote 竟然比我自主房的保费都贵。包括dwelling coverage, perils (fire, hail & lightning) coverage, including sudden and accident discharge of water from an appliance, pipe or plumbing fixture, not flood. Theft is also excluded. Included is $500,000 premises liability, and $10,000 medical liability.

大家的premises liability and medical liability 都选多少呢？多谢！
