想买投资房出租，但是没有空管，怎么办？

我是繁忙的上班族，下班也很晚，每天早出晚归，现在还没有买房，暂时做2房东，每到找租客的时候就忙的不亦乐乎，房子空置了20天了，还是没有找到房客。

怎么办啊？求指点！非常感谢！
