請教各位一個菜烏問题. 如果每月只有300元可投资

請教各位一個菜烏問题. 如果每月只有300元可投资, 是最好分2次買(2 weeks per pay check)而是月尾1次買?  如果是投资菜烏和保守派, 是否先從vanguard or fieldity index fund 買起? 一定要在vanguard or fieldity開 account嗎?  因為錢放在银行差不多零利息. 謝謝先.
