看好一个投资房。突然发现对门住着个Sex Offender，

在这种情况下，大家怎么考虑？ Deal是不错的。

从来没见过Sex Offender长的什么模样，感觉很难过的。要是不知道就好了。

这对出租有影响吗？

唉，真后悔去查了查周围的犯罪情况。
