请教各位大侠一个投资房的问题。

跟据本人的理解（不对之处请指教），买投资房的成序应当如下：

1。以个人名义贷款（现金当然更好）买房。

2。成立LLC

3. Transfer title from personal to LLC to protect personal asset.这样作保险好像没问题。但mortgage怎么办？Bank 会同意吗？好像有的bank会要求贷款人立即付清贷款。个位大侠是如何解决这个问题的。
