坛子里晒投资成果的确实令人钦佩，坚持不懈勤劳勇敢的聪明投资（不是投机）回报丰厚。

有个问题，报告里 10米，20米， 等等基本是total estate, 很多是 pre-tax，去掉自住房value， 实际退休后可支配购买力消费力少了不少：

10米，自住房 2米，剩下8米交税3.5米，还剩5米不到，65岁之前 健康保险就得???? 3-4万一年吧，以后 longterm care （10-20万/年） 等等支出 （还要给娃们留些 ？）， 那些周游列国吃遍美食看遍美景的惬意退休生活够嘛 ？ （平平淡淡的 肯定够了）
