我家现在投资组合算不算很健康？

70% 在房产上，产生的现金流够一家人正常开销（包括旅游一年5万），20% 在股市（85%在spy, qqq, 10% 在黄金，加密币，5% 在个股），10% 现金在短期债卷和MM 上，队友的主动收入定投入股市买QQQ, 我的主动收入投入房产更新，计划每年做几个项目（10-15万），今年额度已经完成了。看着股市节节攀高，10%的现金一直等着，有点着急，但是也还是不敢追高，告诉自己千万要有定力，不要贪心。
