投资房要不要卖

家里LD一直管理投资房出租的事情，但因为租客不好管理，房子状况也一般，有时候会出问题需要维修，他就想卖了放股市里（大概会有一个米）。我觉得现在不是卖房的好时机，感觉等后面利率降下来房价会涨，就算卖也不想现在卖。我们争论了很久谁也说服不了谁，想听听版上大拿们的建议。
