need 房东包utility, 要价12.5万,老房子,不是好区,比新泽西的纽瓦克犯罪率好一点儿,
请教各位大狭,这个投资值得吗?除了未来维修费高,还有什么注意事项呢?
不知道全年的utility费用是多少?怎么查呢?

Existing Lease: month-by-month.
Current Market Rent: 2100/month.
There's a middle school right cross the street. (pros and cons)
