大家对地产投资公司Blackstone (BX)怎么看？

看了一下它的业务，涵盖了大学公寓、居民公寓，商圈，每年股票的分红也有4%-5%。

不知道这个公司比其它地产投资公司有什么优势, 比如SPG？
