现在是投资市中心房子的机会

这一波疫情下来，郊区房子受益，市中心房子招灾。但是很快就可以打疫苗了，我认为现在是投资市中心房地产的好时候，而且时间窗口很短了。

市中心毕竟热闹，很多商业，饭店，剧场，博物馆，受年轻人喜欢。公司多，疫情过后，肯定一大批公司会要求回去上班，因为在家的效率和员工的交流都不是太好。现在利息低，我认为下面一段时间城区房子要补涨，而且据我观察，低点已过，现在deal越来越少。
