我前段时间也是，不是一家公司。同样的问题。不过到网上去取消自动付款就行了

我同时写message 给support from online account. They replied you can just simply not paying. After I cancelled recursive pay. We still get bill of much higher monthly pay. We just ignore it. Then I get cancellation notice after about a month. 
 

just go online and cancel the recurring payment.
