最近要结束TransAmerica 20年的人生保险， 因为下个月到期了。可是， 和他们打交道， 真是烦人！

我7月7日打电话， 浪费了一个多小时， 电话转来转去， 还是回到原点。

7月8日，online submit form （contact us）， 没有就我的问题给回话。网上写就一天回话， 但是， 没有。

 

今天我又是电话联系。

 

电话里， 对方说是要填表， 要fax or mail 才能停止。

 

不然， 到期那个前一天， 从我以前每年付 400-， 到 付7413.00， 自动扣。

 

当然， 被扣了， 也可以去讨回来， 但是， 这估计又要一个月来回了。要费多少神啊。。。NND！

 

好在是8月底到期， 我还有时间和他们玩。

气死我了！！！！！！！！！！！
