state farm 不行， 必须得有landlord insurance

或Condo HOA Master Insurance,  可以没有Condo的HO-6。

不过， 投坛以前有个Tennessee的前辈，他可能买的都是白菜房，他只买liability， 不买landlord insurance，也不知是种什么险，我问过他， 不过他的那个公司只cover 周围很少几个州。
