have you thought about strategic default? Don’t pay and wait for foreclosure, and meanwhile save money on housing? Depends where you at, you could save up to 2 yrs in rent and mortgage payment.

 

If you don’t have income, both refi (which you are really upside down on your loan) and Obama’s load mod will not work.
