背景：我老公是2003EB3。我2006file EB2. 随后我们都换工作。我现在是用工卡。老公refile EB2, I-140今年早些时候批了（that’s why it has “your spouse now has an approved 2nd preference form I-140 LINxxx with an earlier priority date”）.老公I-140批下后看到我的排期到了就没有再 relink（或conversion）。
问题：
1.怎么回信呢？是说continue 我的case， 还是conversion to 老公的？我担心我说从我这边继续，USCIS会不会接下去又问我要employment letter什么的（因为我换州，换工作了）？拖得更长呢？

2. 我换工作后，新单位不愿意做H1我就用工卡了，也没有聘请律师。材料都在以前单位的律师那里。现在以前单位律师收到我的RFE，转给我，说如果让他们来回信，他们收$250--$500.
请问我可以自己回个信吗？
-Yes. Just reply to the RFE that you request your I-485 interfiling to your spouse’s EB2 I-140 and I-485. Indicate your I-485 receipt# and when you filed it, your spouse’ I-140 and I-485 receipt# in the response letter. Also, provide the copy of your I-485 receipt, copies of your spouse Eb2 I-140 approval notice and I-485 receipt, and the copy of the USCIS RFE in the response packet. Ask someone who English is good or American friend to read/revise the response letter for you before you send it out.
