非常感谢热心回答。您说我应该reqest interfiling with我老公的。可是我老公的485还没递呢，自然也没有I-485 receipt#。

-Do you mean your spouse has no any pending I-485 even if he did not file his I-485 based on your I-140 or his EB3 I-140?  If yes, I feel strange why he did not file it.

我想是不是就干脆回信说继续我的case，这样会快些呢？和interfiling 比，这样有什么坏处吗？

-Because your spouse RB2 I-140 was approved and thus, he can use his Eb3 I-140 priority date for the Eb2. So, his priority date should be current now. Thus, if you interfile your I-485 to his Eb2 I-140, you will get your green card quickly. Of course, if he has no any I-485 pending, he can file it now.
